In The Threshold, you play as Yuna, an isolated patient trapped inside the facility's highest-security ward. Armed with a dying smartphone, a leaking medical journal, and your own decaying sense of reality, you must navigate the silent, blood-soaked corridors. The official reports say you’re being protected from an outbreak . The creature standing outside your glass recovery door says otherwise.
